Tact Staff is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care for a travel nursing job in Elizabeth, New Jersey.

Manager Interview

BLS required
Will float amongst 3 LTC units
C.N.A.s, LVNs, Nurses, and a Nurse Manager are available as support on unit
Patient Mix/Skill Requirement: LTC, Sub-acute rehab, Psych; assessment, clinical documentation, medication and treatment administration; admission, discharge and transfer of residents; obtaining and transcribing physician orders; Long-term care unit with a few short-term residents. The individual will be floated to other units when the regular staff is scheduled. 4-North and 5-North is a 41-bed unit. 4-South and 5-South is a 21-bed unit. We do not have any vent dependent residents
Patient Ratio 1:34
Starting IV's & phlebotomy, Trach Care experience required
Experience with Feeding tubes, BP machine and Glucometer, wound treatments, trach care (1 patient in house)
Charting System: Matrix
First time travelers are not preferred
Facility does not accept travel pairs
